“Wine by itself is a wonderful thing, but add truffle and it becomes amazing.” - Mark Aitken, Truffle Hill Winemaker
Under the care of winemaker Mark Aitken, Truffle & Wine Co.’s dedication since 1998 to making the highest quality wines has seen our small vineyard grow into an award winning and internationally distributed wine range. We produce exceptional small-batch vintages that can sit comfortably alongside our gourmet truffles in the best restaurants worldwide.
We welcome you to swirl, sniff and savour your way through our Truffle Hill wine collection and unearth the unique regional characteristics while taking in the sweeping views of Australia’s most successful truffiere.
